I started my career with Gabriel India, Parwanoo in 2007 as Operating Engineer Trainee in production. My journey from shop floor to office has been challenging and enriching experience. Currently I am leading Quality Assurance at ANCHEMCO ANAND. I represented ANAND at International level and won two International awards from Quality Circle Forum of India.
I joined ANAND Group in 1999 as operating engineer and it had been a rewarding experience. MAHLE Behr India provided me with a platform to work in different functions such as production, planning and control, customer center, logistics and lean manufacturing. This has helped me to enhance my professional as well as people management skills.
Reflecting my career as AM Business Analyst to General Manager – operations has been full of challenges and opportunities provided by ANAND. Learning exposure provided during VLFM and OAMLP has changed my thinking process and has helped me to evolve as a person. Being part of ALDP has helped me to build on my strength and work towards areas of improvement.
My Career started with ANAND Group. ANAND is different from other organizations because it nurtures internal talent, focuses on employee development and recognises achievement.
