SNSF is now developing programmes for orienting children to choose their livelihood options as they grow. Career counseling workshops have been conducted for Class XI and XII students across the adopted schools in Parwanoo and Gurugram.

An aptitude test was also conducted to help students identify the careers that will best suit them. Given SNSF’s financial and technical constraints in supporting the children to pursue their career options, this programme is being re-worked to deliver the best results.
